    • This coolant overflow hose feeds coolant back to the overflow/recovery bottle in the closed-loop cooling system, fits Volvo V90 (2021-2022, CH1- chassis, variant code BK01) equipped with 2.0T petrol engines. It can replace OEM 31657786, and is NOT compatible with Plug-in Hybrid (Twin Engine/T8) variants - plug-and-play without modification. 
    • Exact OEM bending radian, original quick-lock connectors on both ends, 1:1 mold replication, direct plug-and-play replacement without cutting or trimming. 
    • Reinforced PA nylon rigid pipe body integrated with rubber hose joints, withstands sustained high heat and coolant exposure in the engine bay, anti-aging and crack-resistant construction.
    • OEM-style bracket connector at both ends keeps the hose securely seated at the reservoir and radiator ports, reducing vibration-induced loosening and extending long-term service life.
    • Every finished hose undergoes 100% air-tightness pressure leak testing before delivery to eliminate hidden slow coolant leakage risks.
    • Purpose-built overflow/bleeder line for the closed-loop cooling circuit - this is a well-known failure point where the original hose cracks or loosens over time, allowing air lock to form and causing coolant level warnings; this reinforced version is designed to resolve that recurring issue.
    • Clearly marked exclusions (Plug-in Hybrid/T8 variants) to drastically cut repair shop return disputes.
    • OEM-style snap-lock sealing ends at both connector points, tight clamping after installation, no coolant seepage or disconnection under bumpy road vibration.
